On Wednesday morning, Elders Flood, Willison and Green picked up Elders Leterme and Mlenze to transport them to the airport to fly home. President Leavitt and I, along with Elder Rash and Elder Bishop and our assistants, Elder Mpapa and Elder Jolley, went to the MTC to pick up our new elders and help them transport their luggage across the parking lot to the mission office and CES classroom for breakfast and orientation.
While they eat, I orient them on health-related subjects and the Adjusting to Missionary Life Booklet. I hope all missionaries are utilizing this wonderful resource. Then the office staff does their orientation rotations while I take pictures the transfer outside, feed more elders, take care of health concerns and other issues. Elder Rees also tests the new drivers' skills driving on the left side of the road, etc.
