The 16 missionaries of the Swaziland Zone and Elder and Sister Wold, the 2 missionaries from the Mbombela district (Nelspruit and KaNyamazane but part of the Centurion Zone now) and Elder and Sister Jensen, President and Sister Leavitt, president of the Johannesburg Mission and companion, and President and Sister Palmer, first counselor of the Africa Southeast Area Presidency and companion (the Palmers flew in Friday morning and drove a rental car to the chapel) all gathered at the Manzini Chapel at 9 am for Zone Conference. This is the beginning of our mission tour with the Palmers, which continues on Monday through Friday, 4-8 December 2017.

After the opening song and prayer, President and Sister Leavitt did training for about 40 minutes and then President and Sister Palmer did training until 3 pm. We had a break for lunch, which was provided by Elder and Sister Wold (delicious Sloppy Joes, salad, potato chips and chocolate sheet cake). We also took our group picture.

Later, the Mbabane District had a presidency meeting with President Palmer and President Leavitt. After, the wives joined them for dinner--all at the Manzini Chapel. Elder and Sister Wold joined us as they brought dinner and homemade banana cream pies.
