24 July 2017 Interviews, MH Stay of Departing Elders

24 July 2017 Interviews, Mission Home Stay of Departing Elders

Departing missionaries came to the mission home for their 45-minute exit interview with President Leavitt. When finished, they had lunch, made memory pages, visited, and played ping pong.

When all interviews were finished, 10 am to 5:30 pm, we had dinner and our departing missionary meeting.

We had nine departing missionaries, Elder West, Elder Mbiriwiri, Elder Derera, Elder Malunga, Elder A'home'e, Elder Zitumane, Elder Hlophe, Elder Matanga, and Elder Wride.

Bro. Nathi drove Elder Wride and Elder Schwalger to the mission home from Swaziland. Elder Blackburn drove Elder Matanga in and they all stayed at the mission home Monday night--12 beds. Elder Zitumane drove his companion Elder Samatanda to the mission home. Then Elder Samatanda, who is going to be a trainer, stayed here until Wednesday afternoon (and helped babysit an MTC missionary who had an appendectomy), when new missionary interviews were done and he was matched with his new trainee companion.
