President & Sister Leavitt, the two assistants, Sister Willis and Sister Foxx as sister leader trainers and all zone leaders meet once a month in our mission leadership council. We do scripture study, training and council together on items of mission business. It is a wonderful time to council together.

Elder Curriden, Elder Zimba, President Leavitt
Digital map of all our areas, chapels and flats. This has been a great help in knowing where to obtain flats closer to proselyting areas. We have been given a mandate to drastically reduce cars to bring the missionaries closer to the people. We have been working diligently on this project. We reduced cars last transfer while opening new areas with more missionaries. We will continue this pattern each transfer until the right balance is met.

Elder Treasure and Elder Smith
They join us from Swaziland. They can see and hear all of us in the room and we can see and hear them (we have several cameras and mikes). They can also see all of the audiovisuals on their computer screen.
They save 10 hours of driving, staying overnight, and losing time working in their own area and with the ten missionaries in their zone. The assistants have to go on exchanges with the zone leaders in Swaziland as some of our missionaries there cannot proselyte in South Africa because they do not have visas, including Elder Smith.
