17 October 2017 Transfer Day

Note: (Morning of 23 Oct 17, Monday. Our internet has been down for a couple of weeks at the mission home during preparation for transfers and this week transfers and, in addition, housing and feeding many Madagascar missionaries being relocated because of the plague there.

We drive seven new Madagascar missionaries, who will stay and join our mission, to Swaziland after being fingerprinted for visas there. They cannot get visas for South Africa. We drive back tonight to prepare for Zone Conference. We return to Swaziland on Friday and Saturday for Zone Conference and interviews and training. (see other blog dates when posted).

Elder Gray, trainer, and stand-in new AP Elder Wolfgramm. Elder Gray will finish training Elder Bol, who is flying in tonight after leaving the mission within weeks of arriving to take care of some critical family business in South Sudan.  We are so glad he successfully accomplished his task and has returned to serve his mission.
